Amy Kovalski Laxton, 80 of Lake Panasoffkee, formally of Arizona, passed away on Monday, March 7, 2022. She moved here in 2019 from Arizona. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse and enjoyed shopping, collecting and finding crystals, arts and crafts and sewing as well as spending time with her family.
Amy is survived by her daughter, Belinda Belajonas; sons, Lee and his wife, Sabrina Marland and Roger Marland; 2 brothers, Robert and Gerald Kovalski; also 3 sisters, Jean Knox, Lillian Kovalski and Eileen Brands. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Brittany Belajonas, Tiffany Belajonas and Ryan Marland and 3 great-grandchildren.

Amy was such a wonderful lady. I met her in the hospital and we chatted as if we knew each other for decades. I have no doubt that she has blessed many lives on her journey. So sorry I won’t get to taste her baking.
