Bruce Wilfong Starford, 62, passed away September 16,2021. He is survived by his loving wife Theresa, father Jim, mother Sue Jursnick, and stepmother Lilan. He leaves to cherish his memory one son, Keith, his brother Brian (Brenda), step-sister Deborah (Roger), two nieces Saige and Jillian, and nephew Zane. He will dearly missed by his loving family and friends.
