Daniel Greer, 70 of Zephyrhills, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, August 25, 2021. He was a longtime Florida resident, moving here from his hometown of Columbia Park, Maryland. He was an honorably discharged United States Marine who served from November of 1968 through September 1974 and a veteran of a Vietnam War. Daniel enjoyed spending time with his family more than anything else.
He is survived by his son, Jonathan Greer; daughter, Ashley Turner; 2 adopted daughters, Siara Hardy and Michelle Scott. Also surviving are his brother, Stan Greer; 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Dan was predeceased by his parents, Charles and Helen Greer and his adopted son, Michael Greer.
A Celebration of his Life is will be held at a later date.
