Gene Levitte, 83 of Croswell, Michigan and Zephyrhills, passed away on Monday, January 9, 2023 in Zephyrhills. Gene was a snowbird for over 20 years traveling between here and Croswell. He owned Levitte Auto Repair in Croswell, was Methodist in faith and was an honorbaly discharged United States Army veteran. He was a member of the Eagles, Moose, American Legion and the Harley Owners Group. Gene was an avid hunter and enjoyed bowling and horse shows.
Gene is survived by his loving daughter, Audra Levitte (Fidel Mendoza); his brother, Pete Levitte; and his sister, Ann Wilson. Also surviving are his grandchildren Isabella, Sierra and Kaleb as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Donna in December of 2021 and his son, Richard in July of 1984.
The family will have a graveside service and Celebration of Life in his honor at a later date in time. The family will share details accordingly once established.
