George T. Watt, 77 of Brooksville, passed away on Friday, January 14, 2022. He and his family moved to Florida from New Jersey in 1984. George was an honorably discharged US Navy veteran, a computer programmer and a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church. He was an Eagle Scout and Scout Master, loved camping, fishing and loved to help his grandchildren or any child that needed it.
George is survived by his beloved wife of over 52 years, Patricia “Pat” Watt; son, Christopher; 2 daughters, Jacqueline Watt and Christine and her husband, Tony Pendino; sister, Patricia Johnson. Also surviving are his grandchildren, Patrick Mills, Kenneth Mills and Aaron Pendino and his great-granddaughter, Sophia Mills.
He will be laid to rest with military honors to be rendered at Florida National Cemetery at a later date.
