Helen Marie Simmons, 94 of Zephyrhills and Orlando, passed away on Wednesday, July 20, 2022. She moved to Florida from Ohio 1957. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Zephyrhills and enjoyed Word Search Puzzles, babysitting for her grandchildren and watching the Tampa Bay Rays on television.

Helen is survived by her son  Robert “Bud”  Simmons, Jr.; daughters and sons- in-law, Kathy and Larry Batsch, Cindy and Buddy Booker and Linda Gilliard and Art Ratte; her brother and sister-in-law, William and Carrie Hornick and her sister, Betty Bremenour. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Lisa, Twyla, Kevin, Toni, Tawnya, Teri, B.J., Cam, Amber, Alexis, Sarah, Robbie, Kelly, Daryen, Taylor, Jorja and their families inclucing 23 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.

She was predeceased  by her husband Robert Taylor Simmons and her daughter, Bobbi Butterfield.

She will be missed by her family and friends as she always had a smile on her face. Her services will be private.
