Jacinto Rafael Perez Hernandez, 67 of Wesley Chapel, passed away on Wednesday, February 1, 2023. He was born in the Dominican Republic and moved to Florida in 2018 from New York. Jacinto was an excellent musician and especially enjoyed playing the bass guitar. He also enjoyed baseball, video recording and playing music.
He is survived by his son, Jacin, (Guillermina (Gigi) Duran), Perez and his daughter, Jacielth Perez Ramirez and 6 grandchildren.
He and his music will be missed by all he touched throughout his life.
