
On Monday afternoon September 3rd, 2018, Patricia A. Hogan, loving mother, grandmother and wife, entered into eternal rest with her loving family by her side; she was 76 years old. Patricia will be remembered for her love of life, travel, and experiencing new adventures with her family. Patricia was an entrepreneur before retiring to Florida. In Albany, New York, Patricia was the founder and owner of The Clean Team.
Patricia was predeceased by her husband, Edward Hogan, and her brother Joseph Ferara of Middletown, NY. Patricia will be dearly missed by her daughters Suzanne Baxter of New Port Richey, Florida, Donna (William) Bulnes of Rensselaer, NY and will be fondly missed by her grandchildren Anthony (Julie) Torres (Tewksbury, MA), Christopher (Kelli) Conrad (St. Petersburg, Fl.) and Jessica (Evan) Baxter (Cohoes, NY). Patricia will be forever be remembered as Gigi by her loving great-granddaughters Cadence and Capri.
The family has decided to celebrate her life privately.

We are very sadden by the loss of a wonderful friend. The friendship was a very long and enjoyable one for my parents especially. Pat will be missed dearly by all of us and we are very fortunate to have crossed paths many years ago with this beautiful fun, vibrant, amazing woman. Pat will always be in our hearts. We wish her family peace and love during this time and i know she would want you to gather with love and to reflect on all the good times.

My prayers go out to my dear loving friend Suzanne and her entire family. I loved mommo, as if she was my mother. I will always remember the great fun times we had, Gasparilla, Shepard’s and the beach. My heart aches but I know GOD has called a great Angel to come home. She will always be on my mind and in my heart. I love you mommo and fly with the Angels.
