Robert Marion Hornbeck
July 14, 1941 - September 3, 2023

Robert Marion Horneck (July 14, 1941 – September 3, 2023) leaves behind his forever love, Judith Lombana, and three wonderful children, Donna Starks (Tim), Craig Hornbeck (Ginger Fortson), Scott Hornbeck (Celeste), and stepdaughter Noelle Lombana (Richard Hall), four fabulous grandchildren, Lilly Fortson, Joe Hornbeck, Randi Koker (Kyle), and Basil Hall, and one beautiful great grandson Dean Koker. He is also survived by sisters-in-law Sally Ling (Chuck) and Pat Keeley, numerous cousins, lifelong “brothers,” Ron Winn (Karin) and Tom Meiers (Ann), “sister” Louise Downey, and all the wonderful friends that he met along the way.

Bob was born to Hertha and Marion Hornbeck and grew up in Milwaukee, WI. After high school, he joined the US Air Force in 1959, where he wanted to see the world, but ended up stationed 80 miles away in Madison, WI as a “scope dope” computer radar operator and programmer during the cold war. He attended University of Wisconsin, and then worked at a variety of jobs in the computer technology industry, including sales, training, management, and working his way up to CEO of his own three companies. He could make anything, build anything, wire anything, design anything, cook anything, and figure out anything. He loved his country, reading, traveling, wildlife watching, art, music, serving his communities and his Heavenly Father.

A Celebration of Life will be held September 16, 2pm at Keystone Community Church (21010 State Road 54, Lutz, FL 33558). In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to https://forhearts.org or https://keystonecommunity.org for the music/drama ministry.
