Partington Byrd, Shirley M, 60, of Seminole, passed away on August 22, 2019. Shirley was born on October 7, 1958 in St. Petersburg, Florida. She is the daughter of the late, Quentin and Bernadine (Howell) Stewart. Shirley is survived by her loving husband, Tommy; children, Justin and Jennifer and their spouses; grandchildren, Autumm, Mercedes, Vaughn and Braylon; 4 sisters; and 1 brother.
