Wilhelmina E. “Billie” Wilcox, 74 of Zephyrhills, passed away on Saturday, February 26, 2022. She was born in Johnson City, New York and was a beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother to her sons, Joseph, Jr., Roger and Terry; her daughters, Penny and BillieJo; 20 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren. Also surviving is her sister, Reny Wilcox and several nieces and nephews.
Billie was predeceased by her beloved husband, Joe in 2016, her son, Ronney in 1991 and her brother, Wendall (Spike) Lowe, sister, Wanda Lance. She loved spending time with her family more than anything and was loved by many and will be missed by all.
A Celebration of her Life will be held at a later date.
